Are you guys ready for some new interesting electronic sounds? if so, than you should really look-forward to hear Rendezvous new album, should be in music stores everywhere in no time. Rendezvous are an electronic duo composed of Itai Simon and Hagai Izenberg, two gifted musicians/producers creating sounds for more than a few years now.
They met while studying contemporary music and have been playing together ever since. Their art-work can easily be described as instrumental and experimental, bringing together both retro instruments to this contemporary world, using rare analogue equipment such as Korg ms-10, mooger-foogers and more.
In 2004 they published their first EP, a live in the studio recording which was recorded in a short period of time of time with two other musicians, while improvising on various grooves, every take was a journey within itself coming up differently each and every time.
The EP was recognized by the press and immediately they began working on their first full length album, a project that’s taken more than 4 years to finish. The project is now in the hands of highly appreciated mixer and producer Dave Bascombe (Depeche Mode, Suede) which is now mixing the new album in London.
